Kristin Rodriguez Named Vice President of Human Resources

Forj Medical has announced that Kristin Rodriguez was named Vice President of Human Resources. Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of experience leading people strategies that build inclusive, high‑performing organizations.

Rodriguez will lead Forj Medical’s global human resources strategy, with responsibility for talent acquisition and retention, closing organizational capability gaps across the company’s worldwide campuses, and implementing forward‑thinking approaches that support sustained growth, leadership development, and positive organizational change.

Rodriguez joined Forj Medical in November 2023 as Human Resources Director for the former Minnetronix Medical, where she played a key role in advancing enterprise‑wide HR initiatives. Her leadership focused on strengthening talent strategies and embedding a strong safety‑first culture, contributing to Minnetronix Medical being recognized with a Tekne Award for Tech Talent Development in 2024.

Before joining Forj Medical, Rodriguez spent more than a decade at SPS Commerce, where she concluded her tenure as Director of Human Resources.

Rodriguez holds a Master of Business Administration from Augsburg University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
